Most of our guests arrive by plane via Funchal Airport.
There is also a ferry connection from the mainland, but the trips are limited to a
few summer months per year.
Whichever route leads you to Madeira, one thing is certain: your
fantastic holiday will begin shortly after your arrival!
If you have booked an active holiday, the transfer from the airport
to the holiday home Casa Vento is included. Of course, you can also
make use of this if you have only reserved individual services such as accommodation.
The transfer then costs 49 euros per person for a round trip (airport - holiday home - airport).
We will pick you up at the terminal in our minibus and take you along a great route
to Casa Vento. Treat yourself to this great taxi and experience the
first highlights of the island on the way.
The drive to our holiday home is a feast for the eyes. A charming mixture of modern and Madeiran houses, surrounded by the world-famous bright flowers, in the distance the rugged rocks and forests. Along the coast. The gigantic Atlantic Ocean is a constant companion, on some days you cannot distinguish where in the distance the horizon ends and the sky begins.
The travel time from the airport to our holiday home Casa Vento in
Ribeira Brava is around 30 minutes, depending on the traffic.
We'll be waiting for you in the parking lot directly opposite the exit.
